A Cambodian-Australian man, estranged from his daughter, who makes and performs with shadow puppets for his local temple is asked to go onto television to perform a show from his repetoire. At first, he is hesitant, but wanting to connect to his daughter decides to go onto television. Unbenknownst to everyone, he is hiding a secret from his past in his show.
